SALES OPERATIONS PORTAL
LOGISTICS SOFTWARE
As the UX design team for the VerSO project, our objective was to modernize the Sales Operations Portal by replacing outdated legacy systems and automating previously manual processes, thereby streamlining user journeys across multiple clusters. Our goal was to enhance usability and efficiency, reducing the operational friction that had plagued cross-cluster activities.
One of our key achievements was implementing a cohesive design system grounded in atomic design principles. By breaking down UI components into reusable “particles,” “atoms,” and “molecules,” we created a scalable interface that unified various clusters and user scenarios. This modular structure not only improved interface consistency but also accelerated development, replacing fragmented legacy systems with a single, user-friendly platform.
We redefined key screens, like the Stock Search interface, incorporating intuitive filtering options that simplified vehicle management tasks. Automation was built into core processes, eliminating manual data entry and repetitive tasks, allowing users to complete actions 20% faster. A/B testing of interactive features, such as filtering and data visualization, further validated our user-centered approach.
Through the integration of the new design system and automation of manual labor, the VerSO platform transformed into an efficient, modern solution. This has resulted in a more intuitive and reliable user experience, empowering VerSO teams to provide consistent service across products, building user trust and satisfaction.
